I have decided to start my food journal again. I think it's very helpful when it comes to helping me identify my eating triggers and how much I am eating.I think that I will benefit even more from my food journal this time around. After catching up on Stevie's entries,I believe that we are both in sync in a few ways,as usual. *lol* We are both battling internal and external forces and doing okay along the way. I've seriously miss going to the gym and working out. I'm just scared with everything that is going on and being empathic,I have decided to bite the bullet,fuck my fear and get back to it. As I write, I only have two days that I can go to the gym so far,but that is better than none and I can pick up a extra day or two here and there when I can find it.Also,I have been pondering meditation again too. My blood pressure is high and I want something that can help me in all areas of my life,so why not meditation along with my workout? I would like to meditate at least thrice a day,but it may be more of twice a day. Luckily,the shadow period isn't upon us just yet and I should be okay. Currently, I'm on the bus home,fighting sleep because my stop is coming up soon. With that I bid adieu. The list for today is a bit of a biggie:do laundry,make lunch for the next few days,RECORD because I am behind,watch the video of my Chinese University lessons,take notes and finish my homework,make dinner,lavender salt shower and a light dinner to finish it off. Plus a Hallmark movie. What can be sweeter? One thing I have learned in the midst of all this? It's okay to not be okay and self improvement,as I can it is a necessity. Never neglect yourself. I am just fine tuning myself to a better frequency to a better me. Oops! There I go rambling and my stop is next. Lol! Catch you on the flip side! 晚安!(wan'an!) Goodnight!
