Pain...just pain

The headache from Hades has subsided. I was in pain for three days straight. It wasn't a picnic,especially when combined when working outside in the blistering,ever loving heat. I have not had any motivation to do anything (which doesn't surprise me at all) It's upsetting,because I felt that I was beginning to tip toe out of this funk,but I guess I hit a patch of quicksand. I'm just happy to make moves FINALLY. Anywho,I digress. I'm feeling a lot better today,even though they stuck me outside again today. Of course I hydrated as usual,but it was taking a toll. Summer hasn't even started yet and this is what we are getting hit with...oy. As I left yesterday,my whole body began to ache. I thought that it was heat related to being outside for two days amidst the heat. YET...as I am walking to the bus,all of a sudden,it felt as if a bunch of beams hit my body,it was almost as if I made a bunch of new connections,that attached to me. However,they felt not work related to Disney,but to my own business. It felt like,cords being stuck in my back. Like when you plug your headphones into your phone. What is also weird is that they formed a PATTERN. The first thought I had was:Angel Wings. Why though,would they grow onto me? Your guess is as good as mine...

*HUGS* I'm so sorry you've been unwell. Do you know what the cause of your headache was? The heat sounds dangerous :/

I'd be careful with those cords, especially with not knowing where they're coming from. Cleanse, meditate and be careful.

I awoke this past Tuesday very hot,I am a cold sleeper,so that could be part of it. As I was getting up,my head started panging. I do think it was because of the heat. I was late to work that day because I kept passing out. My roomies turn the AC off. Thus why this happens. PlusnI was outside and feeling light headed. I am glad that I feel better. As for the connections,I will will take your advice and smudge myself after a lavender salt shower. I think that will be the ticket tonight.

Ugh, those roommates of yours are reaalllly something else. I'm sorry to hear that they did that and that you're struggling for it. I hope you get away from them soon!

I will keep you posted on the lavender salt shower. I think it's going to feel great! As for the roomies,I get that running the AC is expensive,BUT ITS FLORIDA! The whole house gets stuffy and unbearable. I wish they were more considerate. It's beyond annoying
