Work

I am a damn good worker. Yet,I find that I am gifted,yet cursed with a hard work ethic. I am very precise and follow all the rules. I cross my T's and dot my i's so to speak. So what I am running into at my second job especially,is a lot of slackers, the kind that only want to work a bit,when it suits them and when they make however much they want,they slack off. Tonight was no exception. I sat a group of ten after waiting about twenty five minutes. Mind you,we were on a twenty-five minute wait and the other guests were in various stages of eating. So when the servers actually bitched about having a table,especially when they could take it but refused because they were "overwhelmed" I was in disbelief. What kind of a fucking joke are these people that they've hired? It was such bullshit. I offered to take the table,but was denied and the manager took it instead. When I was approached by the manager about seating them,I was irate. I did explain my side of the situation to which both managers agreed. So here I am with guests waiting over their quoted times because you two couldn't "handle it" what pieces of crap. I get that there are two servers in the main dining room and two in the high top area, half of the main dining was shut down,in a attempt to make it easier for you and you both STILL couldn't cut it. What THE FUCK? Why don't you go back to you mama's house and have her wipe your ass for you? I can ONLY imagine how hard that is for you both. Then one of you botches at me about how " the manager says not to sit parties larger than eight" when fave with a potential ten top,which turned out to be a eight top fortunately for you. This is,again,BULLSHIT!!!! This is why I I can't wait for my business to take flight
This kids are lazy and lack any kind of silligence or work ethic. I can't wait to quit. They are lucky that I need the money. For now at least... They should wonder what will happen when I say fuck the coin...
