Did Someone Say Update?
Feb. 20th, 2023 06:56 pmIn regards to the Internet,I received an email a few days ago,telling me that my Century Link transaction was on hold amd to get in touch with them to complete it. So, I am almost there with my Internet. Hopefully,my taxes will come in so I can put a definite end on relying on my mobile hotspot while at home. Now...another situation is afoot...
My storage unit went up in price yearly, until its current price $296.00 was reached. I have only been renting it for five years, since my eviction. Due to monetary reasons, I haven't been able to put my full payment in and was assessed a late charge. I have been in constant contact with my storage company, and things seemed to be well as they made notes and the like. Then TODAY they sent me a text saying my account was in delinquent status and a possible lein would be put on my account. So I give them a call and explain that I can't pay until I get paid again. The lady made a note in my file about it, but was not as personable, she didn't really tell me much outside of that. So, I have come to a decision. I will be moving my things to a new storage facility late March, until I find a new place. Its ridiculous how it's still February, and that is the payment I am trying to finish paying. Ughhh! I want my taxes....I could at LEAST finish this if I has them. I just finished reserving a new unit online and cubesmart. It didn't go as far into the future as I would've liked, but it's set for the seventh of March,until I can push it back to the thirtieth. Screw waiting around...that brings us to the final piece of this puzzle: apartment/house.
I am going to continue to look high and low, while auditioning. I set the goal to move either by the end of this year or next, but I rather the former than the latter. Paying three hundred bucks weekly at this hotel isn't productive, and even though I know this, I am fully seeing it as what it is admittingly: okay for the shoet term, not the long term. So much change is coming and a lot for the better. I just wish my taxes would come. The sooner the better...
